1. Scope
These terms apply to all bookings, stays and services provided by GMA Apartments. By completing a booking, the guest accepts these terms.
2. Booking and contract
A booking becomes binding when confirmed by GMA Apartments or successfully completed through a booking platform. The person booking is responsible for providing accurate details and must be of legal age or have the necessary consent.
3. Payment
Payment is due under the conditions shown when booking. If payment is late, GMA Apartments may cancel the booking after notifying the guest.

5. Check-in and check-out
Check-in is available from 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm; check-out is by 11:00 am. Other times require a prior request and depend on availability; fees may apply. Guests are responsible for delays and resulting costs.
6. Use of the apartment
The accommodation is for private use only. Events, commercial use, unauthorised photography or filming, and illegal activities are prohibited.
7. Number of guests
Only the number of people stated in the booking is permitted. Unauthorised guests are charged €30 per person per night.
8. No smoking, parties or excessive noise
Smoking, parties, events and disruptive noise are prohibited. A smoking violation incurs a €250 charge plus any cleaning, repair and damage costs.
9. Pets
Pets are generally not allowed. Guests with assistance dogs should contact GMA Apartments in advance.
10. Keys and equipment
Guests are responsible for keys, codes, cards, remote controls and other items provided, including replacement and related costs if lost or damaged.
11. Damage and liability
Damage or loss must be reported promptly. Guests are liable for damage caused by improper use, negligence or intent.
12. Noise monitoring and security
Systems may be used to measure excessive noise levels. Video surveillance may be present in public areas of the building; private living spaces are not recorded.
13. Force majeure
GMA Apartments is not liable for events beyond its control, including natural events, official measures or unforeseeable technical faults.
14. House rules
Guests must respect the house rules and the interests of other residents. Serious or repeated breaches may result in termination of the stay without a refund.
